The party was headed by Vasyl Khainas, director of the Novodavydkiv secondary school in the Mukachevo district. Previously, this political structure had a different name – the Gypsy Party of Ukraine – and was registered in Odessa.

According to the new head of the police force, the project is focused primarily on local elections after the end of the war. “I live in Transcarpathia and decided to create such a political force. Nowadays, every Ukrainian hopes for the end of the war, after which the election process will begin. Our party will primarily focus on local elections,” said Vasyl Hainas.
Hynas refused to answer questions about the cost of purchasing the party, but confirmed the very fact of buying political power.
Analyzing open registers, journalists found out that “Sylne Zakarpattia” rents an office in Mukachevo at 21 Andrey Sheptytskyi street.
At this address is a shopping center owned by local businessman Pavlo Baloza, the son of non-factional People’s Deputy Viktor Baloha. The companies “Sebereg”, “Lavky Park” and “Sedid”, which are directly or indirectly controlled by Baloga Jr., are registered there.
“As they say, everything in Transcarpathia is Viktor Baloga.” At the same time, he denies the involvement of the family in the new political project. “This is a local political project (“Strong Transcarpathia”), to which the Baloga family has no relation. We have a party “Team Andriy Baloga” (named in honor of the eldest son of People’s Deputy Andriy Baloga, who has been the mayor of Mukachevo since 2015), with which we will go to the elections,” an interlocutor from the people’s deputy’s entourage told the publication.
