In temporarily occupied Crimea, a Russian court sentenced two residents of Feodosia to 16 and 10 years in prison for allegedly attempting to kill pro-Kremlin blogger Oleksandr Talipov.
This is reported by “Krym.Realii” with reference to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
“It was established that from December 2022 to June 2023, the Ukrainian special services persuaded a resident of Feodosia to cooperate through a messenger. In order to test the candidate, the curators offered him to set fire to any car with the symbol of the letter Z, which was carried out on the night of February 22, 2023,” the message reads.
According to the court, the main task of the person involved, who involved his acquaintance in illegal activities, was to eliminate the “public figure”.
“At the first attempt made by accomplices in June 2023, the remote-controlled device did not work. However, as a result of a repeated attempt on the evening of July 12, 2023, an explosive device mounted in the trunk of a moped exploded in the yard of a house in the city of Feodosia,” the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said.
In his Telegram channels, Talipov publishes personal data of Crimeans who support Ukraine. As a result of his actions, Crimeans are being held administratively and criminally liable for “discrediting” the Russian army.
The Ukrainian prosecutor’s office has already started criminal proceedings against Talipov under the article “inciting national enmity and hatred”.
Earlier, three men were detained in the temporarily occupied Crimea for listening to Ukrainian songs. The company allegedly listened to the group “Ocean Elsa”.
Also, in the temporarily occupied Crimea, the Russian occupiers detained a girl for singing a Ukrainian song.
