In the Rivne region, law enforcement officers are investigating the circumstances of the tragedy in which a 16-year-old resident of the village of Vyry died. The day before, a guy on a motorcycle hit a man, who later died of his injuries, and the teenager himself committed suicide.

According to preliminary data, a 16-year-old driver of a Loncin motorcycle ran into a man on the road and fell, after which he left the scene. Local residents, hearing the noise, went outside and found the victim. A 36-year-old resident of Klesov assured eyewitnesses that everything is fine with him and he does not need help.
Later, local residents discovered the boy’s body in the yard of one of the houses on Tychii Street. The expert recorded scratches on his legs, no other visible injuries were found. The law enforcement officers established that the deceased is the same minor who was driving the motorcycle.
At the scene of the accident, investigators recovered the wreckage of the vehicle and a mobile phone. The motorcycle itself was found near a local hospital – it was left there by a teenager, as confirmed by surveillance footage.
The police arrived at the house of the accident victim to find out the circumstances of the incident. Doctors tried to resuscitate the man, but in vain – he died from injuries received during the collision.
Investigators of the Sarna district police department opened two criminal proceedings – under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional murder with the mark “suicide”) and according to Part 2 of Art. 286 (violation of traffic rules, which caused the death of the victim).
