As of the beginning of September 2025, in Ukraine as a result of inspections 843 officials lost previously established disability groups.

The largest number of persons who have been abolished by disability decisions are the following public authorities:
- Customs Service Employees (246 Persons),
- prosecutors (170 people)
- tax service (162 persons).
Acting Director of the Department of Medical Services of the Ministry of Health Andriy Havrylyuk reported that requests and regulations from law enforcement agencies were received to the Institute of the Ministry of Health on 2630 officials.
Havrylyuk assured that the audit is carried out on the validity of decisions made by medical and social expert commissions (MSEC). The Institute sent appropriate requests to the regional MSEC and health care units for the provision of medical and social cases.
The verification will continue until the last case of the official from the list, ie all 2630 people.

Prosecutors from different regions of Ukraine who lost disability groups after last year’s MSEC scandal have achieved through the court the abolition of the decisions of the MoH Institute, which deprived them of these groups.
