During the verification of documents, the men tried to prevent the military: the father sprayed gas in the face of the serviceman, and his son threw his “Bulgarian” from him, causing injury to his neck.
In court, both found guilt, apologized to the military and completely compensated the damage. The victim asked not to deprive men’s will.
The court appointed his father and son for 3 years of imprisonment, but released them for two years and obliged not to travel outside the country without probation, as well as to report a change in residence.
The court decided to confiscate a corner grinder used in the attack and return the phone to the owner.
