In Kyiv, on November 23, electricity blackout schedules for household consumers will be introduced. The maximum duration of one outage will be four hours, which is significantly less than on November 22.

According to the schedules published by the company, the lights in the capital will be turned off on November 23 as follows:

1.1 queue – there will be no light from 01:00 to 05:00, from 11:30 to 15:30, and from 22:00 to 24:00;

1.2 turn – there will be no light from 01:00 to 05:00 and from 11:30 to 15:30;

2.1 queue – there will be no light from 11:30 to 15:30 and from 22:00 to 24:00;

2.2 queue – there will be no light from 11:30 to 15:30 and from 22:00 to 24:00;

3.1 queue – there will be no light from 04:30 to 08:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00;

3.2 queue – there will be no light from 15:00 to 19:00;

4.1 queue – there will be no light from 04:30 to 08:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00;

4.2 queue – there will be no light from 15:00 to 19:00;

5.1 queue – there will be no light from 00:00 to 01:30, from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 18:30 to 20:30;

5.2 queue – there will be no light from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 18:30 to 22:30;

6.1 queue – there will be no light from 00:00 to 01:30, from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 18:30 to 20:30;

6.2 queue – there will be no light from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 18:30 to 22:30.
On November 23, 24-hour blackout schedules will be in effect in most regions.
