Also in the investigation process it was found that the person searched for single mothers and suggested to record their children in the family to men of conscript age so that men were given the status of large children.
Both facts check information on the possible involvement in the equipment of the officials of the RDA and the department of state registration of acts of civil status.
In Transcarpathia, a judge’s assistant was detained, who helped potential recruits to get a deferral from mobilization under the guise of single parents.
To do this, the official issued fake divorces and court decisions on the upbringing of the child by the military parent.
In the Khmelnytsky region, the SBU’s military counterintelligence detained five locals who sold the conscript fictitious medical certificates of disability of close relatives, so that they were allegedly to leave them abroad.
The organizers of the scheme were involved in the illegal activity of the secretary of the chief physician of the city medical institution, which signed the counterparts with colleagues.
In the Lviv region, law enforcement officers detained two other persons. One of them is a 27-year-old resident of Rava-Ruska, who sold to men of conscript age fake honey notes about the presence of serious illnesses in their wives in need of foreign treatment.
For the manufacture of fictitious documents, the attacker used personal connections in the local medical facility of the oncological profile.
Another person involved in the military was obliged to go abroad under the guise of drivers of international freight flights.
All detainees were informed about the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 332 (illegal crossing of persons across the state border of Ukraine, committed by an organized group); Part 1 of Art. 114-1 (obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces and other military formations) and Part 3 of Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (abuse of influence).
The attackers are in custody. They are threatened with up to 9 years in prison with confiscation of property.
Earlier, the procedural leadership of the prosecutors of the Prosecutor General and the Prosecutor’s Office in the field of defense of the Western region, two law enforcement officers and four citizens of Ukraine were informed about suspicion.
