The Romanian Prosecutor General’s Office detained 18 people in the case related to the former presidential candidate, a pro -Russian politician Cellene Georgescu.

The prosecutor’s office appealed for a pre -trial detention measure for 30 days on charges of attempting to overthrow the constitutional order, violate the rules of ownership of weapons and incite the crime.
