According to information from the Rivne OTCC, representatives of the department accompanied men who had just passed the military medical commission.
The VLK had to determine the level of suitability of citizens for military service.
The event unfolded according to the scenario of the planned action. The path of the official car was blocked by two vehicles in which there were aggressive citizens.
They blocked the passage, making further movement of the military impossible.
After the traffic stop, the unknown persons took active physical actions.
“Two vehicles with unknown citizens blocked the passage of a military vehicle, and unknown persons attacked the military personnel of the TCC and SP,” the institution said in a statement.
As a result of the clash, one of the representatives of the TCC was injured. The injured serviceman was promptly hospitalized to a medical facility for the provision of necessary medical assistance.

A man was also detained in Vinnytsia for shooting at a group of the TCC.
