“Members of the Disciplinary Chamber supported the position of the SAP and decided to submit a motion for the dismissal of the specified judge, motivating the decision by the fact that his actions undermine the authority of justice,” – reads the message of the SAP in the Telegram channel on Monday.
The prosecutor’s office reminds that the High Anti-Corruption Court is currently hearing a case against the mentioned judge.
Thus, within the scope of the investigation carried out by NABU detectives, it was established that the judge incited a person to grant an illegal benefit to a judge of another court in Poltava for the satisfaction of a claim in a civil case.
“The judge created an impression and assured that a person can get a court decision in his favor only for an illegal benefit in the amount of $10,000. However, as it turned out, he did not try to hand over the indicated funds for the resolution of the issue, but disposed of them at his own discretion.” – it is stated in the message.
According to the SAP, it was also established that the judge entered knowingly false information in the declaration of the person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government for 2020.
