In the Poltava region, the Commercial Court fined Serhiy Vashchenko for improper execution of the wheat supply agreement to the military unit. He had to give cereals for over UAH 1 million.
This is evidenced by the court decision of April 3.
According to the court, in October 2024 the military unit of the National Guard of Ukraine, whose number was hidden in the court register, was ordered by FOP Vashchenko Sergey Vladimirovich V. 100 thousand kg of wheat cereals for UAH 1.3 million.
The entrepreneur had to supply wheat cereals with parts not later than the fifth of each month or on other days at the request of the customer.
Vashchenko supplied the goods late, so the military unit informed the entrepreneur about the unilateral waiver of the contract from 26.11.2024 and sent him a claim for payment of penalties in the amount of 16.5 thousand UAH and 20 thousand UAH of a fine, to which the entrepreneur did not respond.
After that, the Kiev Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in the field of defense of the Central Region went to court with a claim for recovery of penalties from Vashchenko in the amount of 36.5 UAH. The court supported the position of the prosecutor’s office and appointed to pay these funds.
In addition, four participants of the criminal group will be judged, who have taken over food for the Armed Forces for more than 5 million UAH.
