The sculpture was installed on November 21 near the Puppet Theater. She was dedicated to the dead warrior and the deputy of the City Council Julian Matviychuk with the call sign “Beaver”.

Meanwhile, in the Lithuanian city of Mazheykaya, near the Church of St. Francis Assisi, four flagpoles with Ukrainian flags were overthrown and broken.
