In Poltava, police detained a foreigner who brutally mocked the woman. The man forced her to kneel in front of him, beat and tried to stifle, the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Poltava region reports.
The investigation found that the attacker has a permanent residence permit in Ukraine and lives in Poltava. In July this year, he invited a woman he met on the social network in the fall of 2024.
