According to the investigation, on January 20, at about 22:40, the suspects undermined a homemade explosive near a private house in the Peresyp district of Odessa. As a result of the terrorist attack, a 54-year-old owner of the house-a local entrepreneur who was engaged in volunteering.
According to the investigation, the terrorist attack was committed by four Odessa, which were recruited by Russian special services and acted in the interests of the aggressor state. For the cash remuneration, they agreed to propose to make explosives and blow it up in a predetermined place. They were promised $ 2500 for a terrorist attack.
One of the suspects was made an explosive device from improvised components, and managed the process of creation and provided detailed instructions by a representative of the special services of the Russian Federation in an online mode.
Three other suspects laid a homemade explosive device near a fence, near a parked car. To fix the terrorist attack opposite, a mobile phone was installed in video broadcast mode.
In order to draw the victim’s attention, the suspects set fire to his car. When a man came out for extinguishing a fire, as a result of the detonation of the explosive device, he received injuries that are not compatible with the life of which he died in place.
In the future, the men called the “customer”, who watched the crime in real time, he confirmed the task and transferred $ 1,000, which they divided with each other.
The next day after the crime, the suspects were detained, which made it possible to prevent repeated terrorist attacks.
The court granted the petition of the prosecution – all four suspects selected pre -trial detention in the form of detention without bail.
On the eve of Odessa, police exposed two girls 17 and 18 years old, setting fire to military and police cars to order for money.
