According to the National Police, the suspects were estimated from $ 3000 to 4000, and in case of refusal to provide money, they were threatened with artificial obstacles, an unfavorable decision of the VLC and participation in hostilities.
At present, the attackers have been informed of suspicion. They threaten them up to eight years in prison with confiscation of property.
