The woman was sentenced to five years in prison for the justification and approval of Russia’s armed aggression, which is a violation of Part 3 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
During the investigation, it was found that after the start of a full -scale invasion, it actively spread pro -Russian views among colleagues and social networks.
In particular, she was openly waiting for the arrival of the Russian peace to Odessa. In addition, the woman threatened the massacre of those who did not support her position in the case of occupation of the city by Russian troops.
The procedural guidance in the case was carried out by the Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office. The sentence became an next example of the fight against collaboration and propaganda in war.
The State Bureau of Investigations stressed that such actions are incompatible with the principles of Ukrainian statehood and will be strictly punishable in accordance with the law.
