The attacker filmed the fights on a mobile phone and posted the recording on a social network, which allowed to identify the location of Ukrainian units. This posed a potential threat to the state’s defense capability.

According to the court’s decision, the man was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment. In addition, it was confiscated during the search illegally stored ammunition. The prosecutor’s office stressed that the distribution of such videos during martial law is possible direct violation of the law and can cost human lives.
