It is noted that the 21-year-old driver of the Honda car stopped to present documents to a soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine. At that time, the 51-year-old driver of a Ford car collided with a Honda car. The impact threw the Ford to the side, and it ran into a guard.
As a result of the traffic accident, the drivers of both vehicles, the 27-year-old passenger of the driver of the “Ford” and the 37-year-old soldier of the NSU were injured. They were taken to the hospital with various injuries.
Kermanych “Ford” had signs of alcohol intoxication. Blood samples were taken from him and the Honda driver for testing. The results of the examination are expected later.
Investigators entered information into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Part 1 Art. 286-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which qualifies a violation of the rules of road traffic safety or operation of transport by a person who drives a vehicle in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication or under the influence of drugs that reduce attention and reaction speed, which caused the victim average serious injury.
