According to the police of the Nikolaev region, in Nikolaev on the avenue of Heroes of Ukraine, a man shot from another after comment on his behavior during the conflict. The incident happened this morning, April 27. According to the police, a controversy has arisen in the store between men because of a state of alcohol intoxication of one of them.
After the verbal altercation, the drunk person already got a gun on the street and shot the man in his chest, and then fled. The victim, a 26-year-old man, took an ambulance. His condition is evaluated by doctors as severe.

According to police, an attacker was a 38-year-old local resident. He is charged with an attempt on premeditated murder on hooligan motives (Part 2 of Article 15, Part 2 of item 7 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
