The organizers of the equipment were the directors of several private firms. They regularly won the tenders that organized the structural units of the Nemyriv City Council.
According to the investigation, the contractors carried out poor repair of roads at four objects.
In order to hide unlawful activities and forge official documents, they involved an employee of a state -owned enterprise who was responsible for technical supervision.
