According to the court, the grandmother is the guardian of a young granddaughter. In June 2024, the girl had sex with a minor. It was shot on video. The woman was accused of failure to fulfill parental responsibilities.
In court, the woman said that the girl’s mother died and her father was mobilized. She raises her granddaughter on her own.
“She noted that she takes all measures for his / her grandchildren, provides everything necessary, interested in her training and leisure. There are no teachers’ grandchildren about learning or behavior. As for the event with the spread of video with a granddaughter, she does not understand how such could happen, she had repeated preventive conversations with her, had educational conversations and tries to pay more attention to her, ”the court’s materials read.
The court analyzed the case file and found the woman guilty under Part 1 of Art. 184 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The judge was limited to verbal warning.
Whether other participants in the incident, including the one who shot and spread the video and parents of the minor, will be punished.
The court in Rivne recognized and immediately released a 36-year-old man who committed four rape and two more attempts to attack women. He was appointed 10 years in prison, but was released immediately from the courtroom under the so -called “Savchenko Law”.
