The court was sent to the court against a 75-year-old Lviv resident, which for two years sold non-existent apartments, causing almost 55.5 million hryvnias of losses to the victim.
According to the police of the Lviv region, from 2021 to 2023 a man concluded with citizens preliminary contracts for the purchase and sale of apartments in a house, which was planned to be built in one of the villages of the district.
He issued himself for the rightful owner, provided copies of invalid documents and received full or partial payment for the house.
In two years of fraudulent activity, a man has been blowing 36 people. Pre -trial investigation in criminal proceedings under Part 5 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was completed, and the indictment was directed to the court of Lviv region.
The defendant faces imprisonment for a term of five to twelve years with confiscation of property.
