In Pereyaslav and Mostyshche of the Kyiv region, two cases of deaths due to fires caused by burning of dry vegetation have been recorded.
This was reported on Facebook by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kiev region, once again warning about the danger of such actions.
In the Boryspil district on Friday at 18:14 in the city of Pereyaslav, on O. Vishni Street, there was a fire of herbal flooring. 4 rescuers and 1 unit of equipment of the 27th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Pereyaslav were involved in extinguishing. In almost an hour, the fire was localized. During the extinguishing, a dead man was discovered.
In the Fastiv district at 11:00 in the village of Mostyshche, dry grass caught fire, the fire covered 5 hectares of territory.
13 personnel and 4 units of equipment of the 50th State Fire and Rescue Post of the village of Byshiv were involved in extinguishing. An hour later, through the strong gusts of the wind, the fire spread to three nearby outbuildings. Later, the body of a dead man was discovered here.
We will remind that in March this year the children got into the fire trap during the burning of dryness in the Kyiv region.
On March 17, three people were killed in the Kharkiv region. Among the victims was a 10-year-old child.
