In Kyiv, 378 high-rise buildings remain without heating — Klitschko

This was reported by the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko.

Over the past 24 hours, more than 100 houses have been connected to heating in Troeshchyna, and about 50 more during the night.

Communal services and energy companies continue emergency restoration work in various areas of the city in order to return heat to the homes of Kyiv residents as soon as possible.

Klitschko clarified how many houses are still without heating.

In Kyiv, heat supply is gradually being restored in homes left without heating after massive strikes on the energy infrastructure on January 9 and 20, 2026. As of the evening of January 28, the number of high-rise buildings without heat decreased to 639, compared to 737 in the morning.

Also, in Kyiv, more than 340 houses were connected to heat after the Russian attack.
