The official of the military unit in turn did not check the change in the contract, and the amount of losses reached almost 12 million hryvnias.
The official is accused of negligent attitude towards military service, which caused grave consequences committed in the conditions of martial law (Part 4 of Article 425 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier, the heads of KP of the KP “Sheu Svyatoshinsky district of Kyiv” reported suspicion of official negligence, which led to losses in the amount of more than 600 thousand hryvnias.
