The actions of the accused were qualified under Part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – “as an organization of illegal crossing of persons across a state border committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons, for selfish reasons.”
The police recently reported the suspicion of the organizer of a large-scale fraudulent scheme, to which a lawyer and a cardiologist were involved.
