Prosecutors of the Pechersk District Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv reported the suspicion of the head of the Tender Committee of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Svyatoshinsky Regional State Administration.

According to the investigation, the official concluded an agreement with a pre -controlled company. Because of this, the city has overpaid over UAH 850 thousand, which was a loss for the capital budget for this amount.
The actions of the suspect are qualified under Part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – abuse of office, which caused grave consequences.
