“Law enforcement officers documented that a 40-year-old resident of Kiev assured one of the men of conscript age that it was allegedly influenced by employees of one of the territorial centers of manning the capital and for $ 15,000. He could help to avoid military accounting and leave the country. Therefore, the offender organized the removal of the man from the search of the CCC and his employment to a critical enterprise that bones employees. For the performance of the “service” he received an advance of $ 10 thousand from the client.
«The organizer of the scheme was detained in the order of Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine while receiving $ 4.6 thousand, ”the prosecutor’s office reported.
The detainee was informed of the suspicion of illegally transporting persons across the state border committed for selfish reasons and by prior conspiracy by a group of persons.
Law enforcement officers are currently establishing other persons involved in the criminal scheme.
Earlier in the capital, police investigators, together with the internal security department operatives, exposed a scheme that allowed the military to avoid mobilization and travel abroad under the pretext of care for sick relatives.
