This year’s meteorological summer lasted from May 21 to September 23 – 126 days. For comparison, the longest summer was recorded in 2012 and lasted 166 days. The shortest was recorded in 1990 – only 88 days.

According to the Ukrhydromet Center, the transition of the average daily temperature due to +8 degrees in the direction of the decrease will occur in the third decade of October.
