According to police, two deals were engaged in the production of false certificates on the presence of a second group of disability with “clients” or certificates of care for relatives with disabilities, five others – were engaged in the search for “clients” through Internet ads and “sundress radio” and sent “clients”. These fictitious documents gave the men of conscript age the right to defer from mobilization and legitimate departure outside Ukraine.
It is indicated that the cost of one fake certificate was estimated by the attackers at $ 7 thousand. Currently, police have installed about 150 cases of forgery.
