The attacker demanded from the conscripts from $ 15 to $ 25,000 for such “assistance”. He received money in stages. The man was detained immediately after receiving another tranche of $ 7,500 for issuing appropriate documents.
The actions of the suspect are qualified under Part 3 of Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-obtaining an undue benefit for influencing the decision-making by an official, combined with extortion.
During the searches, copies of documents of other conscripts and seals of different institutions and organizations were seized.
We will remind, the SBU and the police detained the seven organizers of schemes of evasion of mobilization.
The DBR also investigated almost a thousand cases of evasion.
