The capital police exposed a 28-year-old local resident, who organized fictitious documents for living in Ukraine for a remuneration of $ 3,000.
The investigation found that the malefactor was looking for a temporary residence permit with the help of Sunday Radio.
He helped to obtain an identification code, register on frying companies or FOPs, fictitiously employed to enterprises and provided advice on resolving issues with authorities and local administrations.
During the searches, he was seized mobile phones, laptops, information carriers, cash, bank cards, documents, copies of residence permits, passports of foreigners, rough records and seals of enterprises.
Investigators found that since 2022, Dilov illegally legalized more than 200 foreigners. He was informed of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – illegal crossing of persons across the state border for selfish reasons and by prior conspiracy by a group of persons.
Law enforcement officers continue to install other participants in the scheme. The sanction of the article provides up to 9 years in prison.
