In the Khmelnytsky region, a man who hit the stool of the Tax Code in the premises of the military enlistment office during the mobilization was judged.
This is stated in the sentence of Shepetivsky City Court of Khmelnytsky region.
As noted in the case file, on October 11, 2024, a resident of Shepetivka was sent to a local shopping center to clarify the data. After passing the VLK, the man climbed to the second floor in the room of the cabinet to the employee of the Tax Code. He asked him why he lives in Ukraine. Outraged by such a statement, the man took the chair and hit the employee of the military enlistment office on the head.
In court, the man pleaded guilty, repented and apologized for the committed. The court took into account that the accused previously was not convicted, under the observation of a narcologist and a psychiatrist is not characterized, at the place of residence is characterized positively, works, has two minor children.
He was assigned a penalty in the amount of 50 non -taxable minimum incomes of citizens, which is about 850 UAH.
