The equipment was organized by the deputy commander of the battalion of one of the military units, involving in the scheme of his subordinate, a private entrepreneur and his accountant.
According to the investigation, the members of the group systematically overstated the purchases of bakery products from a private entrepreneur. At the same time, the products were not actually supplied, but came solely on paper, while the funds listed from the state budget were distributed among the persons.
In addition, one of the key executors of the scheme was a subordinate official who was responsible for the design of allegedly received products. Despite the pressure of the management, the serviceman appealed to the DBR and began to cooperate with the investigation, acting under the control of law enforcement.
