Today, on August 29, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Kherson region reported suspicion to 40 persons who cooperated with the aggressor state and its occupation administration.

The Prosecutor General during a coordination meeting emphasized the intensification of investigation of crimes against national security.
Among the suspects are deputies of local councils of Ukraine, senator of the Russian Federation, pseudosud, “law enforcement officers” of the occupiers, participants of illegal militarized formations and organizers of pseudo -referendums and “elections”. They are charged with state treason, collaboration, assistance to the aggressor state, as well as the propaganda and justification of the war.
Among specific cases:

The deputy of the city council from the PPZ, which during the martial law organized the transportation of the occupiers and handed them office cars and boats.

The deputy of the local council, who voluntarily participated in pseudo -elections and became the “deputy chairman of the council of deputies of the Novotroitsky Municipal District”.

Senator of the Russian Federation from the Kherson region, which publicly supported occupation power and Russian propaganda.

A citizen of Ukraine, who agreed to work as a pseudo -judge in the Novokakhov City Court created by the occupiers.

Two representatives of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, who became deputies of illegal “councils of municipal districts” in the temporarily occupied territory.
