15-year-old suspect is charged with Part 3 of Art. 152 (rape) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The 20-year-old suspected of Part 3 of Art. 152 (rape), Part 1 of Art. 127 (torture) and Part 3 of Art. 301-1 (production and distribution of child pornography) of the Criminal Code.
Both suspects are taken into custody, they are threatened with up to 12 years in prison. Police urge citizens to report cases of sexual abuse and contact law enforcement if they are victims or witnesses to such crimes.
