According to eyewitnesses, the head of Lozovsky Criminal Code Arthur Vorontsov, while in a state of heavy alcoholic intoxication, arranged a massacre on a local resident – Volunteer Alina Bologovawhich has been sewing for the Ukrainian military since 2014.
“I was attacked by the head of Lozovsky RTC Vorontsov Arthur. In a state of heavy intoxication, he struck a few blows to my head and face. After that I lost consciousness, ”the victim said.
