The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the traffic accident. As a result of the incident, two minor girls were injured.

“On December 18, 2025, at around 3:50 p.m., the driver of a Hyundai Accent hit two pedestrians,” the message reads.
It was established that while driving through an unregulated pedestrian crossing, the driver did not reduce her speed and did not give way to pedestrians crossing the road.
As a result of the road accident, two girls aged 13 and 14 were seriously injured. The injured were hospitalized in a medical facility, and are currently in the intensive care unit.
As part of the criminal proceedings, the judge of one of the district courts was notified of the suspicion, the prosecutor’s office notes.
