According to the investigation, an official of Ivano-Frankivsk Teploenergo (IFTE “LLC) during 2020-2023 took over the funds of the Ivano-Frankivsk Territorial Community during the provision of heat supply services for the population. At the same time, the official of DMP “Ivano-Frankivskteplocomunenergo” (IFTKE DMP), improperly performing its duties, did not make sure that the information provided by the company on the indicators of the loss of heat-transported heat, which led to the indentation of the heat.
Thus, the former director of IFTE LLC seized the funds of the municipal enterprise of the IFTKU DMP in the amount of almost UAH 11 million, of which more than UAH 5.3 million due to the overestimation of the volume of proportional transportation thermal energy and UAH 5.6 million – due to the deliberate lowering of the heat of heat from the total heat of heat.
