The mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ruslan Marcinkiv, announced this on Facebook.
“Such a donut with a “surprise” was purchased today in one of the city’s supermarkets. The photo was sent to me privately. Is the cartridge real? How did he get to the donut? The police are investigating the details,” he wrote.
The donut manufacturer is not local, added Mayor Marcinkiv.
