The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court reported on the detection of one of the employees of the court of special equipment for unspoken audio and video surveillance last week.
The court is convinced that these actions are an attempt to influence the impartial administration of justice by judges of the Wax, and associate the incident with the consideration of important court cases that are currently in the court.
The WACS does not reveal the personality of the employee whose dwelling has found devices and does not provide additional details about the circumstances of the event.
At the same time, the court had already appealed to the High Council of Justice and the Prosecutor General’s Office with official reports of interference with justice. Criminal proceedings have been opened on this fact.
The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court emphasizes that according to Article 6 of the Law on Judiciary and Status of Judges, any interference with justice, as well as attempts to influence the court or judges, including through the collection, storage, use or dissemination of information in order to discredit the court.
Such actions entail criminal liability.
Recall that the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court (VAKS) appointed a criminal case for the formula of Rotterdam+, which operated in 2016–2019.
We also reported that the Chamber of Appeal of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court decided to dismiss the former People’s Deputy of Ukraine Valery Patskan from criminal liability due to the expiration of the limitation period.
