As noted in the material, Kim, speaking with the US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, said that the DPRK will probably ask the Russian Federation to transfer technologies related to tactical nuclear weapons, the improvement of North Korean intercontinental ballistic missiles, as well as reconnaissance satellites and nuclear submarines .
