According to the center, starting from October 14, i.e. tomorrow, water will be supplied to the above-mentioned settlements for several hours every two days. The occupiers indicate that the reason will be scheduled works.
However, in reality, the reason for the lack of water in the taps of the apartments is different, and it is related to the criminal activities of the occupation administration in the work of local water utilities. No promises to solve the crisis are supported by real deeds.
“Moreover, the funds allocated by the Kremlin for the reconstruction of the Donbas destroyed by it are squabbled at the level of local Gauleiters and collaborators,” the report says.
The Central Committee of the People’s Republic of Ukraine said that this humanitarian crisis in the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas was caused, among other things, by the fact that the occupiers blew up the dam of the Kakhovskaya HPP.
