“From today, the booking service on the Diya portal is available again. Since the start of the service in July of this year, almost 400,000 conscripts have been booked through the Diya portal. More than 71,500 of them have been subject to the new rules since December 1. It is extremely important for us that the reservation is fully restored, because it allows the economy to work efficiently,” said First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Svyridenko.
The Ministry of Economy noted that reservations for company branches and final beneficiaries are not yet available, work on restoring the full functionality of the service is ongoing.
As the Deputy Prime Minister for Innovations, Development of Education, Science and Technologies – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov noted, “Diya” itself recruits employees who can be booked and checks compliance with the requirements.
“You submit an application and wait 72 hours, then the answer comes individually to each applicant’s personal office,” Fedorov said.
Diya reminded how to book employees in a few clicks: go to the citizen’s office on the “Action” portal; select the Submit application option; enter the data of candidates for booking; confirm that the salary of the employee you are booking meets the standards; check the statement and sign it; within three days you will receive an answer to your e-mail and to your personal account.
Feedback is received separately for each employee in the manager’s personal office.
If the answer is positive, it will be sent to the employees in the Reserve+ application.

The service is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation together with the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Defense with the assistance of the project “Supporting Digital Transformation”, financed by USAID and UK Dev. The project partner is the Eastern Europe Fund.
Services were suspended due to an attack by Russian hackers on the registers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 19, 2024.
Previously, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to automatically extend the current reservations from mobilization for one month, but not longer than until February 28, 2025.
