The deputy head of the Kherson OVA Olha Malyarchuk held a meeting with the deputy head of the regional territorial center of procurement and social support Oleksandr Samotei and the network development director of the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions of JSC “Ukrposhta” Volodymyr Ocheretniuk.
They discussed the mechanism of forming and sending subpoenas formed with the help of the Unified State Register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
The OVA explained that summonses are signed with the electronic signatures of the heads of the TCC, and also contain a unique electronic identifier in the form of a QR code. They are printed by “Ukrposhta” and sent to the home addresses of conscripts.
After that, the men must appear before the TCC and SP within 14 days from the moment of receiving the summons. Those who do not appear are brought to administrative responsibility, and the TCC forwards the data to the police to search for the person.
As a reminder, the government has allocated over UAH 70 million for the centralized printing and distribution of 900,000 summonses by the end of 2024.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the new appearance of paper summonses and those that will be issued through the “Oberig” service.
On September 17, the first centralized exchange of subpoenas in electronic format took place: all subpoenas, signed by electronic signatures of the heads of territorial procurement and social support centers, were automatically sent to the servers of Ukrposhta.
