“Safety is a key priority. Servicemen belong to the vulnerable category of the population, so the creation of individual slots should take into account the protection of personal data and the security of the applicants, ”the ministry noted.
But they added that before launching it is necessary to make sure that the system will not allow abuse or manipulation by outsiders, and that registration is really available only to a certain target.
“The military often has a limited time to register marriage, so the future reservation system of slots should be flexible, but at the same time protected,” the ministry said.
Action assured that the development of the mechanism of individual marriage slots for the military has already been actively working in conjunction with the Ministry of Defense. In the future, there will even be separate slots for combatants. But there is no exact date for this option.
Now all slots are equally accessible to all Ukrainian citizens. As noted in the Ministry of Defense, it allows to provide transparency and equal access to the service.
The ceremonies are held 5 days a week – from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 pm.
Since the launch of “Online Marriage” in “Action” constant monitoring of demand is carried out. Due to the popularity of the service, marriage slots were reduced from 60 to 30 minutes.
“At the time of filling in the application, the couple chooses an available slot, after which it resumes 12 hours before signing the other party.
Such a mechanism allows to ensure flexibility in choosing a date and guarantees that all the confirmation of the booking remains fixed in pairs until the ceremony in the DRACS digital office. If the couple does not confirm the reservation within 12 hours, this slot becomes automatically available to other users, ”the action explained.
The online marriage service is provided by 4 basic registrars and 1 additional in case of technical failures. In the Ministry of Defense add that they work on expansion of the state of registrars.
Also, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, with the support of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, will develop legislative initiatives that will simplify the mechanism of opening in Ukraine of venture funds.
Recall that Ukrainians will be able to pay fines for violation of military accounting without visiting the CCC, using the application “Reserve+”. That is, Ukrainians can do it abroad.
