How to solve mobilization problems

January 17, 09:03

Our information space is divided by two topics, seemingly unrelated, but at the same time they represent identical problems with identical forms of solution

It is about lowering the mobilization age to 18+, the generators of which are some American politicians, as well as the scandal with sending representatives of specific military professions to the infantry, for example, from the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And both of these topics stem from the same source of the problem — the lack of personnel. In turn, this problem has its own reasons and ways of solving it, but they are much more complicated than simply lowering the mobilization age or taking a unique specialist whose training takes years and sending him to the infantry.

The lack of personnel includes the lack of a professional recruiting system, the motivation of the male population, primarily financial, general mobilization problems in the context of information and legislation.

I have written and spoken a lot about financial motivation, I think there is simply nothing to explain here, but there is something to say about recruiting, because here the guilty party is both the potential recruit and the brigades waiting for replenishment.

A potential recruit, let’s call him that, thinks about where he will end up, when he is delivered in comfortable conditions by caring and friendly employees of the TCC in a white busik to the nearest cozy recruitment center. That is, a request to the brigade, where the brother/matchmaker/best man/cousin of the sister of an acquaintance from the neighboring entrance serves, to give the relationship when the surgeon puts on the VLK suitable” – late.

And the commanders of the brigades should get rid of Soviet stereotypes

That is, we come to the point that every citizen must, at his own level, be ready to serve in a certain brigade, to which, let’s say, his soul lies. That is, you choose a brigade in advance, where personnel are not wasted according to functionality, for example, the 92nd OSHBr or the 93rd OMBr, and at least keep it in your head.

Brigade commanders, in turn, should get rid of sovov stereotypes and get used to living in the conditions of the modern media market.

A well-presented brigade, primarily in the media, will motivate to choose it from among volunteers, as well as future, potential recruits, but those who have not yet decided, instead of waiting for a drug addict or a patient to be sent after the next busification.

A brigade, in modern conditions, is not only a combat formation, but also a brand – this is how you should treat your positioning in the information space. But, no matter how strange it sounds, no one has heard anything about more than 70%. And when they even ask for help with the fees, nothing moves at all for them… Where the fee for a well-known brigade can be closed in a week or two, an unknown brigade can collect for a little thing for a month or more.

Therefore, the problem here is mutual. When a mobilized person whines that he was sent to the treasury, where is the brigadier general’s club and the only way for such recruit” — SZCH, to a certain extent, it is also his fault that he ended up in these slums of Soviet ice creamery. In turn, when the brigades complain that they lack personnel, and new parties are sent from the discharge tear it off and throw it away”, then the question arises, what did you do to get another refill sent to you? Combrig went personally to the selection, as some do, but they are too few compared to the total mass? Have you increased the visibility of your formation in the media space?

I would like to emphasize that there are actually many problems, but we are talking about recruiting right now. And in the form in which it currently exists in Ukraine, to call it a worker is a tongue twister. Individual successful projects fade away against the background of darkness and self-forgetfulness.
