Their arrest was made by the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv within the framework of criminal proceedings, which has been investigating the National Police since April 2022.
Arcadia Hotel is a three -star complex of more than 10.7 thousand square meters. m having 287 numbers of five categories.
It includes an apartment block with two-room numbers, a banquet hall for 150 people and five conference rooms with a capacity of 20 to 200 participants. The institution is focused on both vacations and business events.
OK Odesa is a three-star business hotel with a total area of almost 6.5 thousand square meters. m with 175 numbers of different categories.
The complex has a banquet hall for 600 guests, a concert hall per 1000 visitors with modern equipment, as well as shelter and own parking with round-the-clock security. The hotel was full of reconstruction in 2012.
In the State Register, the main beneficial owner of both hotels is Lina Akivison. Earlier among the owners of the company “PALAAA” (OK Odesa) were Valery and Igor Akivison, a Russian businessman who conducted a hotel business in Odessa, St. Petersburg and the Czech Republic.
