The invitation appears in the “Action” application for citizens over 40 years old. The message arrives on the 30th day after the birthday — this is the principle behind the first waves.

In order to receive funds, you need to issue a “Diya.Kartka”, because it is on it that the payment is credited. To do this, you should go to “Action” and log in, then open the “Services” section and select the “Action.Card” item.
After that, the user selects a bank from the list, confirms consent and opens an account – the procedure takes a few minutes and does not require paper applications.
