The urgent “completion” of the units should be carried out from May 13 to June 11, among the military personnel on May 8, 18, 49 and 58 of the all-military armies of the Southern Military District.

In particular, it is forbidden to select persons “who participated in the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances”, as well as those who allowed disciplinary violations and “prone to suicidal actions”.
